王颖：我的理财经、赚钱经和用财经

　　Dear Martin,

　　颇受启发，值得借鉴。

　　是时候好好review&analyse一下自己Income Elements & Monthly Personal/Family Cash Flow，然后“开源节流”（老生常谈了~）

　　一、关乎“开源” – enrich incomings

　　1）看看自己还有啥money-making可利用的资源，做part-time。e.g., 口译好做case，口语好做tutor，口才好做sales，气场好做trainer，场控好做emcee，文采好做(copy-)writer,etc.

　　2）看看自己还有啥to-be-improved的qualifications，为下个更高工资的offer作准备。TM; Interpersonal; BEC,AIC; CPA/ACCA,CFP/CFA,CIIA; PM/PMP, SCM/ILT, Mkt&S; Legal; On-job Master, MBA, etc.

　　3）继续climb up the learning curve of Personal Finance，for a nice ROI in near future.

　　4）发掘Channels & Opportunities，for nice commission from time to time, & meanwhile seeking resources for potential partnership/carve-out.

　　二、关乎“节流” – lean outgoings

　　1）检督支出，剔除不必要/浪费，合理化消费。

　　2）锻炼身体，保持健康——预防不必要的医疗支出与病痛折磨(旅程耽搁)，省时省钱省精力。

　　三、自我管理 – self-management

　　个人拙见，良好的self-management离不开self-discipline以及asset-management，前者基本NLP，后者近来有了个大致思路——把自己当公司管理，尤其借鉴资产管理：

　　有形资产：Real Estate，Fixed Assets，Bank Accounts/Deposit/Debit Cards/Credit Cards，Loan/Mortgage/Liabilities，Fund/Stock，Cash ……

　　无形资产：Health；Appearance；Image/Reputation；Dream/Ideal/Ambition；Vision/Attitude/；Charm/Charisma/Cosmos(SQ)、Networking/HR/Friendship|Opportunity(EQ)、Membership/Club(EG)；Brain Power & Knowledge(IQ)、Skills&Capabilities ……

　　定期做Stock Taking / 5S —— waste disposal (impairment/dead stock), maintenance (depreciation), renewal (materials), update (information), optimization (process), re-organization (structure)——time saving & utility maximization & employment facilitation，以求提高productivity & profitability。（比如我年头开始理衣橱、理书橱，现在理PC data，好东西会陆续分享给大家，没用的则disposal。过去兴趣过于广泛，没有重点，现在怀着敬重之情与它们say good-bye！）
